    There are a total of 100 seats for MBBS in Federal Medical and Dental college. The Army medical college offers both Medical and dental courses.

          There are two public sector colleges, which are affiliated with nums. Both of them listed below: NUMS Entry Test 2024

              • Army Medical Colleges, Rawalpindi

            ARMY MEDICAL COLLEGE FEE STRUCTURE

            The army medical college does not charge a fee for Medical Cadets but Fee for Civilians Students (NUMS Cadets ) is 2 lac 20 Thousand Per year . Every Medical cadet enrolled in AMC gets a 30,000 scholarship every month.

              How to Calculate NUMS Aggregate

              EVERY CANDIDATE NEEDS THE CORRECT AGGREGATE CALCULATOR FOR NUMS. ALL OF THEIR PROGRESS BECOMES VALUABLE WITH THE RESULTS OF THE FORMULA. FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CALCULATE NUMS AGGREGATE:

                  • Marks obtained in FSc (pre-medical)/Equivalent x 1100 x 0.50 = 50% of FSc (pre-medical)/Equivalent Total Marks of HSSC/Equivalent

                  • Marks obtained in Entry test 2000 x 0.50 = 50% of NUMS-MDCAT

                The above-stated method helps candidates to calculate their aggregate by themselves.

                The National University of Medical Sciences | NUMS Entry Test

                As we are discussing about NUMS Entry Test 2024. Across the country in 12 test centers. The procedure of tests managed by the Nums, From Candidates registration to Nums Results. NUMS Entry Test Date is Sunday 3 Sep 2023. (final Confirmed Date , when Announced by NUMS, will be Updated Here)

                • Eligibility All The Candidates who Passed the 12th Class Examination. With at least 70% of Marks are eligible. After the test, The candidates can check NUMS Answer Key with a paper code.
                • There are 12 Medical colleges affiliated with NUMS. One Medical College is Public Sector, Public Sector Medical College is Army Medical College(AMC) Rawalpindi. AMC offers MBBS and BDS Degree programs.

                NUMS Paper Pattern

                • NUMS Entry Test Is mandatory for admission to Medical Colleges Affiliated with the National University of Medical Sciences. 150 Marks multiple choice question-based test. With No Negative marking.
                • NUMS Entry Test (NET) shall comprise of two components

                a. PART ‘A’ (1) Shall carry 95 % weightage of NUMS Entry Test (NET)

                • (2) Shall consist of 150 ‘One Best Option Type’ Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with stipulated time of 150 minutes and shall have the following breakdown: –
                • (a) Biology – 35 % (55 MCQs)
                • (b) Chemistry – 25 % (40 MCQs)
                • (c) Physics – 25 % (40 MCQs)
                • (d) English – 10 % (15 MCQs)
                • (3) Difficulty level for MCQs of Biology, Chemistry and Physics shall be as under:-
                • (a) Easy – 25 %
                • (b) Moderate – 60 %
                • (c) Hard – 15 % 

                b. PART ‘B’ (Psychological Test) (1) 

                • Shall carry 5 % weightage of NUMS Entry Test (NET)
                • Shall consist of 100 ‘One Best Option Type’ Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with stipulated time of 30 minutes.

                Entry Test Fee For NUMS Registration:

                Rs. 4200/= (Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable)

                How To Choose Centre:

                The candidates MUST select any two of the above-mentioned cities in order of preference for appearance in the entry test. However, based on the seating capacity available in a city, the University reserves the right to shift any candidate to another nearest city. The candidates are advised for their own convenience to choose the cities nearest to their residence.

                Basic Qualification/Eligibility:

                  • Minimum 60% marks in F.Sc (Pre-Medical)
                  • For Candidates of 0 & A level or equivalent qualification, provision of equivalence certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) office as per latest guidelines issued by HEC/PMC.
                  • It is mandatory for candidates to appear in NUMS-MDCAT & Aptitude Test for admission in public and private sector Medical/Dental Colleges constituent of or affiliated with NUMS.
                  • Foreign nationals of Pakistan origin dual nationals and overseas Pakistanis can also appear in NUMS-MDCAT for open merit seats to seek admission in Public/Private Medical & Dental Colleges.
                  • Mere appearance in NUMS-MDCAT & Aptitude Test does not make a candidate eligible for admission to any Medical/ Dental institution.
                  • The exam will be competitive and the syllabus will be available on  NUMS  Website
                  • The candidates are advised to have a broad-based study and not restrict themselves to the given syllabus only.

                Online Registration Guide

                  • For NUMS-MDCAT & Aptitude Test, click the “NUMS-MDCAT & Aptitude Test” to get registered and fill out the Application Form. Please apply using a laptop or desktop only. Registration using a mobile phone app is not possible. NUMS Entry Test 2024
                  • After registration, log in to MDCAT Registration Portal to fill out the application form (Personal &Academic information, etc) and download the fee challan.
                  • Candidates are required to visit the nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit in cash MDCAT Fee @ Rs 3000/- latest by 11 September.
                  • Candidates are required to scan and attach the following documents with the Online Application Form: –
                    1) CNIC/Form B/Passport/NICOP
                    2) Passport size latest photograph with the blue background.
                    3) Matric or equivalence certificate and transcript.
                    4) FSc or equivalence certificate and transcript.
                    5) Paid Copy of Fee Challan.
                  • After completing the application form and attaching the required scanned copies, please click the “Final Submit” button to submit your application form. Please note that you would not be able to edit any information after submitting your application.
                  • Basic Qualification/Eligibility:
                      • The candidates having valid citizenship of Pakistan /Overseas Pakistanis/Dual Nationals/Foreign Nationals can appear in NUMS Entry Test.
                      • FSc/HSSC/A-Levels/ 12th Grade, awaiting result can also apply for NUMS Entry Test.
                      • NUMS Entry Test held in 2023 is valid for admission in MBBS/BDS session 2024
                      • Candidates with 60% marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) / Equivalent will be eligible to apply for admission in MBBS and BDS Program.
                      • Pass percentage of MDCAT for NUMS is as follows:

                      • BDS 45%
